Photo data handling and account access

This is a factual overview of the application's photo and account workflow. It is not a privacy policy or terms of service. Approved legal documents have not yet been published.

Photos leave your device when submitted

The analysis workflow sends submitted facial photos to the backend for processing and saved scan history. Browser capture and quality checks do not mean the entire analysis stays on your device.

Saved scan images use private object storage, and report requests require an authenticated account with access to that scan. This is an implementation description; it is not an independent security certification.

The service issues temporary signed links to display saved images. Anyone holding an unexpired link can use it, so avoid sharing report image URLs. A link does not itself require the recipient to sign in.

Link expiry or deletion may take time to be reflected in cached copies. The service does not claim end-to-end encryption or HIPAA certification.

Saved reports and deletion

Signed-in users can revisit their own scan history and request scan deletion through the application. Scan deletion attempts to remove stored scan images and the associated scan record; storage or network failures can prevent a request from completing.

Check the application's confirmation or error message. Deleting a scan does not guarantee immediate removal of copies previously downloaded or cached elsewhere. This page does not promise a retention period or backup-deletion schedule.

Account and report access

Scan submission, saved reports and history require account authentication. Report-specific help is associated with the selected scan. Keep your account and signed image links private, especially on shared devices.

The product offers cosmetic information. It does not replace professional care; see the capabilities and limitations FAQ.

Legal publication is pending

Privacy policy and terms of service text still require owner and legal approval. This overview does not create a consent agreement, describe legal rights, or replace those documents.

Review the published policy status before deciding whether to submit a facial photo. No compliance, certification or approved legal-policy claim is made here.
